Obituary for Kathleen "Kathy" Follo (Fischer)

Kathleen “Kathy” Fischer Follo 58, of Chester, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 20, 1958 to Herbert Carl Fischer and the late Pauline Connell Fischer. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Craig Follo, a son Eric Follo and wife Caroline of Arlington, Virginia, two daughters; Meghan Peterman and husband Ryan of Falls Church, Virginia, Kristen Follo of Richmond, one grandson Benjamin Follo, sisters; Elizabeth Warren and husband James of Cary, North Carolina, Carolyn Lingerfelt and husband Woody of Woodstock, Georgia, Patricia Kane and husband Jack, of Cary, North Carolina and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Follo was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and a very active volunteer with many organizations within the church. A funeral mass will be held Friday, October 14, 3:30 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church 17111 Jefferson Davis Hwy S. Chesterfield, Virginia 23834 with Father Danny Cogut and Father Lou Ruoff as concelebrants. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church Food Pantry. Funeral arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard.
